Find New Drivers is a My Safety Manager job board. This page explains how the initial site is designed to handle information.

Browsing Jobs

You don’t need a driver account to browse. Browsing requires no application. If you apply as a guest or use a saved driver profile, the application collects the information described below. License images and medical document uploads are not collected by this feature. Our hosting services may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and requested pages, to operate and protect the site.

Guest Applications

You can complete and sign an application without an account. Unfinished entries remain in page memory and are lost when you refresh or leave. Review sends your entries to the server for validation; it does not save a reusable draft. Submission creates an encrypted hiring record available to the named carrier and My Safety Manager. Guest applications are retained for hiring and qualification processing, with the same recordkeeping review described below. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie allows access to your submitted copy on that browser for up to 24 hours. Print or save a PDF before leaving, especially on a shared device.

After submission, you may separately request a free reusable profile. We use the application email to send account instructions. Verify your email, sign in, and confirm saving the information. An existing profile is kept; it is never silently overwritten. Application and account requests are rate limited using short-lived, keyed identifiers derived from the connection address. Application submissions alone do not create accounts or enroll you in marketing.

Reusable Driver Applications

A driver account stores your email and a password protected through WordPress. Your reusable profile can include your name, contact information, date of birth, Social Security number, addresses, licenses, experience, employment history, and driving history. Profiles and submitted application contents are encrypted in the application database. Authorized hosting administrators and My Safety Manager operate the service. Protect your account and sign out on shared devices.

You decide which participating carrier receives an application. Before submission, you can review the carrier, your answers, the notices, and the electronic signature certification. The submitted record includes that carrier and opening, your answers, the notices, the signature, and submission time. The named carrier and My Safety Manager can access it for hiring and qualification processing. Other carriers cannot browse your saved profile. Account emails and ordinary alerts do not contain your application details.

You can update your reusable profile at any time. Updates do not change an earlier submitted application. You can print or save a copy from My Applications. Contact the named carrier about a correction to a submitted record. Contact My Safety Manager to request access, account closure, or deletion of your reusable profile. Submitted hiring records may need to be retained to satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations; they are reviewed separately before deletion. Application submissions do not enroll you in marketing or Job Alerts.

Carrier Interest Forms

Job listings link to forms operated for the hiring carrier. Information you submit there is handled according to that form’s privacy information and the applicable carrier or service provider’s practices. Check the form before submitting sensitive information.

Carrier Contact Requests

The For Carriers page links to our existing contact form, hosted by Jotform. Information you submit there, such as your name, email, carrier name, DOT number, and message, goes to My Safety Manager through that form. Jotform may process technical information and use cookies needed to operate and protect the form. Review the form’s privacy information before submitting.

Carrier Setup Requests

Our carrier form guide links to a Jotform setup request. Company details, recruiting contact information, form links, and hiring preferences submitted there are available to MSM for onboarding review. The request does not automatically create a form, change its recipients, or publish a listing. MSM prepares and manages carrier-specific interest forms in its existing Jotform account using the carrier’s setup request. Responses are used by MSM and the intended hiring carrier for recruiting follow-up.

Carrier Accounts and Listings

Carrier account information is used to provide access and manage listings. Job descriptions, company names, locations, and information entered into public listing fields appear on the site when an approved carrier publishes or updates a listing. Do not put private candidate information in a listing.

Driver Job Alerts

If you request Job Alerts, Find New Drivers and My Safety Manager store your email, chosen areas, route preferences, confirmation record, and delivery history. Mailchimp processes your email and subscription status to deliver matching alerts. WordPress sends confirmation emails. Your signup is not an application and is not shared with carriers as a prospect. Alert emails link to openings and include preference and unsubscribe controls. Signup links include private access tokens; keep those links private. We do not import existing contacts into Job Alerts or create CMD candidates from alert signups.

Cookies and Outside Services

WordPress uses cookies for driver and carrier sign-in. The initial build does not include advertising pixels or a third-party visitor analytics script. Contact forms and outside websites reached through links have their own practices.
